Why And When Joined PTI

I joined PTI in 2008 because I believe...

·         The sacrifices and efforts of millions of Muslims of subcontinent were for the creation of Pakistan, a welfare Muslim state and not a secular state.

·         Pakistan has a destiny. Allah has chosen Pakistan to unite Muslims across the globe and to demonstrate the real values of a true Islamic society to the rest of the modern world.

·         Imran Khan is the sign of Allah’s help in these desperate times and a proof that Allah is still holding hands of the Nation of Pakistan and wants us to achieve our destiny.

·         Silence & indifference of Pakistani patriots from their obligations have significantly contributed in Pakistan's current state of turmoil.

·         It is now or never. Our collective struggle with wisdom is the only way to get Pakistan out of this dire strait.

·         It is Wajib on every patriotic Pakistani to say Labbaik to Imran Khan’s call.

·         I believe I am responsible to the extent of my ability to play my role in this struggle to save Pakistan. Inshah Allah, this will be the primary purpose for the rest of my life.

I am a working member of PTI Australia Team from last 3 years. Following are my achievements.

·         Made 50+ PTI Paying members in Australia.

·         Among the major contributors in PTI Australia events/meeting etc.

·         Massive PTI campaigning in local Pakistani Australian communities. (public/private gatherings)

·         Extensive social media campaigning.

o    I am admin of PTI Australia official Facebook Webpage & groups.

o    I am member of 250+ Pakistani Facebook groups.

o    I run “Pakistani Patriots” a Facebook group with 5400 members (http://www.facebook.com/groups/156642684396965/).

o    I have 5100+ Facebook Pakistani Friends Connections (http://www.facebook.com/Muhammad.Waqas.Bashir)

·         Developed software that can help to manage, track and produce reports on PTI Australia bank account transactions, PTI Australia member’s membership fees, donations, issued checks and bank charges etc.

·         Significant financial donor of PTI Australia for PTI Pakistan political activities.

What I will do If I Get Elected

·         Build & organize a model PTI team that will consist of patriotic, brilliant and self-motivated individuals of Australian Pakistani Community, who are willing to sacrifice for the sake of Pakistan and strive hard to achieve results.

·         Introduce formal processes and procedures of check & balance to monitor PTI NSW team’s progress towards their short and long term goals and keep all our members informed with the progress and outcome.

·         Roll out highly secure & professional web based centralized information system for PTI Australia team members to manage all organizational matters of PTI Australia. In future all other PTI overseas chapters across the globe will also be able to utilize this system.

·         Engage and connect Australian Pakistani Community on PTI platform to socialise, share their ideas and work together for the progress of Pakistan.

·         Mobilise overseas Pakistanis for the upcoming general elections in Pakistan and enable them to contribute by raising level of awareness, strategic support & funds for PTI's   election campaign.

·         Organize teams of Australian Pakistani professionals to build think tanks from different educational and professional backgrounds who can advise PTI's policy making team in light of their experience and skill set and contribute in strategic policy formation in respective domains.

·         Facilitate, guide and help Australian Pakistani community in their community matters.

Why And When Joined PTI

I joined PTI in 2012. I am a huge fan of Mr Imran Khan since his cricket days and since he is active in Politics to save Pakistan. I have been living here in Australia for the last 15 years and have attained higher qualifications and now working as a Network Service Delivery consultant for HP Australia and always have this passion to do something for the country and our community so that’s why I have joined the PTI to support for what I can. Being living here in Sydney for that long I have acquaintances with over 100’s of families and I am working on bringing them to this platform together with Mr Khan to support PTI and to support Pakistan.

I don’t hold any official post in PTI but I am quite active in the community and the day I joined PTI, I introduced 20 paid members on the spot and working hard towards more memberships. Being in the networking field I have also decided to make a secure network system for the PTI Australia.

What I will do If I Get Elected

Engage and connect Australian Pakistani Community on PTI platform to socialise, share their ideas and work together for the progress of Pakistan, guide and help Australian Pakistani community in their community matters.

Make as many members as we can and make community more aware with the vision of Mr. Khan for a better Pakistan.

Build & organize a team of patriotic, brilliant and self-motivated individuals of Australian Pakistani Community, who are willing to sacrifice for the sake of Pakistan and are result seekers.

Keeping all PTI members informed with all the PTI activities and the progress of the team towards their short and long term goals.

A suggestion/complaint box for the members to suggest for any ideas or any complaints they might have.

Why And When Joined PTI

I was associated with PTI since 1997 from my college life.  I am working for PTI as a supporter. I want to give my services to Pakistan, PTI and Imran Khan. I want to help Imran Khan and PTI to achieve the vision of Islamic Welfare State.

Any Official Post Held In PTI

·          a. Introducer of PTI in Government College Asghar Mall Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 1997.

·      b.  Working in my own capacity to spread the message of Imran Khan in my circles.

·      c.  Make few eligible voters and paying members with personal efforts.

What I will do If I Get Elected

1.     To gather all Pakistani community in one platform i.e. PTI so that they can participate in the formation of NEW Pakistan.

2.     To do effort to make a role model PTI-Australia and a system that will encourage young talent to become the part of leadership stream.

3.     Want to write some operational papers for Pakistan especially in the field of Education, Thana Culture, Court System and Recycle Wast Management which are our poorest areas.
